Course Information
This course provides the framework for developing a quantitative material takeoff from working drawings. Students will learn to read and interpret building plans and create an accurate takeoff. By the end of the course, students will be able to Utilize plans to develop an accurate takeoff of construction materials and implement a checklist procedure to ensure the take off is complete. This course is ideal for anyone interested in reading building plans and preparing a material takeoff for building materials.
